a crack on the lense

    theres a crack on both lens...and this is not a result of packing and handling..because the frames is perfectly fine

    and i don't think this lens is anti glare like what i ordered and pay for

    both

    one with a small crack, and the other one with several small cracks

    seem like it been force into a frame..i mean, they should have seen it, and do it over, but they just ship it out with cracks on it

    I have to inform you that we have a quality control in place that makes sure the product is in a perfect condition as ordered. For the prescription glasses there is a double-check process in place. Please send us an email to mda***@gmail.com and somebody will get back to you shortly.

    Yes, I'm very serious because you are claiming that we shipped a damaged item. There is a procedure to follow in such a case.

    yes, because the packing was perfect..theres bubble wrap, and it was inside a box, the box look perfect

    so theres nothing wrong with the shipping and handling..so yes, you guys shipped a damaged item

    Please be advised that you will be required to ship the glasses back to us and they will be inspected by our staff. For every pair we ship there is a serial number filed and when the glasses are returned we check if the right pair was shipped back. Also, lens have a special mark that is checked also.

    okay, so i should email that email address and explain my situation ,and they will send me a box or something to ship it back with ? or i have to pay for shipping, I don't mind paying for shipping, i just need this to be done..
