To exchange item for a new pair of sunglasses

    I recently purchased a pair of sunglasses from you guys and wasnt satisfied with them returned them to exchange them for a new pair have left messages no one has returned my emails or phn calls i track the box and a notice was left for u guys on july 23,2010 that they attempted to return it so im tryna find out
    how do i go about this sitiuation

    I read the policy before i placed my order and it said i could return for and exchange or refund within 5 days i received them on the july 20th,2010 and i wasnt satisfied with the frames i return them for over nite processing july 22,2010 that was only three days

    That is correct, but if you kept reading you would have seen the following:

    If you would like to return a product, please email our Customer Service Department for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This RMA number must be written on the outside of the box, and please include the packing slip inside. Please note that we cannot issue a refund for items returned without this authorization number. For your protection, we recommend that you use Insured UPS or Insured United States Postal Service when returning goods. We prefer return requests be handled ONLY through email to expedite your return. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed your returned product. We will refund your money to the credit card you used to purchase your item within 30 days of receiving and processing your return. Depending on your billing cycle, the refund will reflect on your statement within 2 billing statements. We provide no refunds for unauthorized items returned to us without and RMA number. All merchandise being returned must be authorized before you return it, and must be arranged within 7 days of receiving your order. Unauthorized returns and returned items that do not meet our guidelines become the property of designersunglassesdiscount.com and will be disposed of.

    ok well i read the hold policy and i did not see this and ive spent 30dollars returning it over nite to try and beat the 5day line and im not trying to get a refund im just trying to switch them out for another pair so basicly your saying that ive lost out on my 30dollars and still have to keep the same pair i sent back

    We like to keep good relationships with our customers as most of our clients keep coming back. I think we'll be able to process your return as a one time courtesy. The company was closed over the weekend, so your return should be processed today. Have you enclosed a note with the model you would like to exchange for?

    no i tried reaching you guys on friday but i guess u were close but the item i want to switch out for is mj016c.e7h02

    For the record please send an email with the request to exchange to mdaoptical@gmail.com and put the order number in the Subject line. Upon the inspection of the return merchandise you will be contacted to finalize the exchange.
