To change my order before it ships

    i placed an order over the weekend and i have been trying since 10am to call your office but know one is answering.  I need to change my order before it ships.

    yes,  i need to switch them to another style of tiffany glasses i did'nt realize that this pair has the nose guards on them witch i do not like.

    August 14th

    does that mean they will ship on the 14th and i will have them on the 15th?

    I'd say IF they release it on 14th, then you should get them on 15th. Sometime they release the glasses earlier that anticipated, but there were situations when they pushed the backorder date to the later date. Sometime they ship it directly from Italy

    is that same style available now in 8052/3c thats the white ones?

    Thanks for holding.. I just got off the phone with the company's rep.  8052/3c are available.  8055/3c come from Italy, it takes 9-11 business days to get to our offices

    Thanks for all your help but i really like black much better than the white, too 80's looking for me so i am going to just keep my original order and just deal with the nose guards.  I am going away so i need the glasses now.

    ok, the estimated shipping date for the original order is July 27th
