how long does it usually take for prescription glasses to be shipped?

lydia:
how long does it usually take for prescription glasses to be shipped?
Linda:
it usually takes 2-3 days for processing
Linda:
if the glasses are in stock and there is no need for the custom lenses
lydia:
and how come i was charged a shipping fee of $1.95 if shipping is free?
Linda:
shipping is free. 1.95 is a mandatory insurance fee
lydia:
    oh ok
Linda:
    have you ordered from us?
lydia:
    yes
lydia:
i placed an order yesterday for prescription glasses
Linda:
ok, they should start processing of your order today
Linda:
    what is your order# please
lydia:
    ***427
Linda:
please hold, I'll take a look..
Linda:
thanks for holding. i see the glasses are available as of now, so i'd say the estimated shipping date for your order should be 7/21
lydia:
    great!  another quick question
lydia:
do polycarbonate lenses include scratch resistance?  i know they include UV protection but the description doesn't say anything about scratch resistance
lydia:
so i added the scratch resistance option for $24.99 but if polycarbonate lenses include it already, i paid extra for no reason
lydia:
can you please check for me?
Linda:
    no problem..
Linda:
I checked with the lab.. they advised that only Seiko High index 1.7 and 1.74 has scratch resistant option included
lydia:
oh ok.. so i had to add the option anyway for scratch resistance
